Our Black Velvet Face Mask is the perfect mask for the Autumn/Winter season or for those living the all black everything aesthetic. 

Features a built-in hidden Nose Wire that will stay firmly in place across the bridge of the nose so you can mold this mask to fit your nose shape. Also features fully adjustable ear straps for a snug & comfortable fit. 

A little bit luxurious - this mask has a premium lightweight velvet outer layer as a spin on our timeless black masks.

Each neoprene mask comes with 1 filter insert.
Each cotton mask comes with 2 filter inserts
We recommend replacing filters after 7 days of use.

◄Cleaning Care
Reusable masks should be hand washed every 5 days during heavy use. You may wash your mask more often if desired.
Hand wash your mask gently with hot soapy water taking care around any valves or trims. Allow to fully air dry prior to use. Do not machine wash, tumble dry or use harsh soaps.

Valves can be taken apart and put back together and cleaned seperately also - the instructions are shown here

Disposable masks will last for 7 uses when using 8 hours a day.
Filter inserts should be removed before washing your mask. Filters cannot be washed. Filters should be discarded if they become wet.

Valves cannot be removed on disposable masks.

Returns
Please choose your product carefully, as the masks are a hygienic product used on faces, we do not offer returns on purchases because of change of mind. We will replace or refund products that are faulty or fall under standard practice of Australian Consumer Law.

Refunds/Exchanges
If you have received faulty goods, please contact us at info@clearcollective.com.au with description and photos of the issue and we can offer an exchange/replacement product or a refund.

Unfortunately if we have already begun packing/shipping your order you cannot cancel or make amendments to your order.
